What are our Supreme Court Judges doing??  Didn't they take an oath to uphold our Constitution?  Is it written anywhere in the Constitution to allow the justices to pick and choose which precepts they are to follow? 

     In the most recent decisions made by our highest court, the majority of the judges have chosen to disregard their oaths of office!!!  They have chosen to ignore the pleas of those judges who understand our Constitution and "understand" their responsibility to uphold this sacred document.

     Where does it say to take a consensus of public opinion to set the interpretation of the law?  Where does it say to even "consider" foreign opinion in the interpretation of our law?  The Constitution clearly states to consider cases "BASED" upon our Constitution...not on the spirit of the Constitution.

     In my opinion when a judge ignores his or her oath of office they no longer have the authority to perform the duties of said office.  When they ignore their oaths...does that mean those oaths they administer are no longer valid.  If they do not adhere and follow the law...why do we have to?? 

    Justices who "DO NOT" perform their duty according to our Constitution should be removed from that position.  And those in the Congress should be hollering above all others in this country to have them removed from our "Nations Highest Court".  But where are those voices??  By their inaction...They should be removed from office also.  After all...they took an oath of office to uphold and defend the Constitution.

Recently Sen. Ted Kennedy had this to say....... 

     "The Senate Democrats are the only line of defense against George Bush's effort to pack our federal courts with reactionary right-wing judges who will roll back the fundamental constitutional rights that Americans in states across the country value the most in our free society."

     What country did he read the Constitution from??  Does he know we have our own??  When was the last time he looked at it??  Does he understand it??      I THINK NOT!!

     Ted Kennedy and our "self interpreting" judges would fit right in across the pond.  Europe is exactly where they belong.... they could do and act the way they are now, and we would "not" miss them one bit!!
